On July 8, 2025, EonTsing Energy Technology's 2025 Mid-Year Conference was successfully held in Changzhou. All employees gathered together to review the achievements of the first half of the year, analyze development pain points, and jointly draw the blueprint for the second half, building consensus and strength for the company's high-quality development.
Morning Session: Review and Summarize, Solidify the Foundation for Development
At the start of the conference, General Manager Ye Yongqing delivered a report on projects and the market. He comprehensively reviewed the progress and phased results of various projects in the first half of 2025, deeply analyzed technical bottlenecks, supply chain delays, and other issues encountered during project execution, as well as the corresponding solutions. Citing industry data, Ye Yongqing pointed out that the hydrogen energy industry is entering a golden period driven by both policy dividends and market demand. He made accurate predictions on the development trends of distributed hydrogen applications, green power + green hydrogen, and other niche areas in the second half of the year, providing key insights for the company's strategic adjustments.

Deputy General Manager Jiang Kun delivered a special report focusing on operation management, reviewing the work of the first half of the year from the perspectives of production process optimization, cost control, and team collaboration efficiency.

Wu Zhaohui from the Technical Department introduced the technical characteristics, R&D progress, application scenarios, and future iteration directions of the company's core products, illustrating product competitiveness with practical cases.
Chen Xiangying from the Project Department shared insights on the construction of large-scale hydrogen production stations, providing standardized guidance from the implementation of explosion-proof standards in the design phase to the management of key milestones during the construction process.

Afternoon Session: Strategic Navigation, Igniting Innovation Momentum
The afternoon agenda began with a training session on commercial confidentiality. Attorney Liu Zhongzheng, a legal advisor, explained practical points such as customer information encryption and graded management of technical documents, using recent industry breach cases. Through scenario-based interactive exercises, the concept that 'confidentiality equals survival' was deeply instilled, effectively raising the confidentiality awareness of all staff.
Chairman Ye Dejun's strategic sharing became the highlight of the session. He emphasized the effective implementation of the core strategy of 'industrialization of hydrogen technology' – in the first half of the year, two technologies achieved commercial transformation, with signed contracts exceeding 200 million yuan. He clarified the strategic focus for the second half (e.g., niche areas for key expansion, critical project milestones) and the specific requirements for collaborative support from various systems (R&D, sales, operations).

Dr. Fan, a specially invited consultant, brought forward-looking insights. He pointed out that the coupled application of hydrogen energy and CCUS (carbon capture, utilization, and storage) technology will become a new trend in the industry, and suggested that the company develop integrated solutions for 'green hydrogen + industrial carbon fixation.' His concept of a 'hydrogen energy park microgrid' provided innovative ideas for the company to expand into new application scenarios.

United Hearts, Embarking on a New Journey
The conference concluded in a relaxed dinner atmosphere. This mid-year meeting not only provided a comprehensive review of past performance but also clarified the development path of 'leading market expansion through technological breakthroughs, and supporting scale growth through refined management.' All EonTsing Energy Technology personnel will take this meeting as a new starting point, uphold the corporate spirit of 'innovation, collaboration, and resilience,' and steadily advance toward the goal of becoming a benchmark enterprise in the hydrogen energy industry.
